DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a competitive retail Sales Assistant to help full online customer orders. Sales assistant duties includes order fulfilment, updating online listings, restocking and merchandising. The goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase company’s growth and revenue through sales maximisation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Fulfill online orders
• Update online listings
• Maintain stock level
• Respond to online customer enquiry
• Recommend and display items that match customer needs
• Update social media channels with product details
• Keep up to date with product information
• Accurately describe product features and benefits
• Follow all companies policies and procedures

REQUIREMENTS

• Working experience in retail sales
• Skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Skilled in using social media
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Proficiency in English
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills

CONDITIONS

• Wages: £9 – £11 per hour depending on experience.
• Type of work: Full-time/flexible working hours
• Location: West London
