Watch me tone my hair with wella t28 natural blonde! i really like how this turned out…it’s a very natural icy but neutral colour…kinda like it grew out of my head this colour haha. and i love that it can be used on slightly darker hair (level 9) – just pre-lighten to a yellow colour. it doesn’t have to be PALE yellow like many of the other wella toners 🙂
