How to use Wella Color Charm Demi-Permanent Hair Colour
- Mix 1 part Wella Color Charm demi-permanent hair colour with 2 parts Wella Color Charm Activating Lotion.
- Apply to the hair using either an applicator bottle or bowl and brush.
