Wella T35 Toner on Bleached Hair
Step by Step of what I did:
1. I mixed the 2 Wella boxes (2.8 fl oz) together with 5.6 fl oz of 10 Vol developer in a hair color mixing bowl
2. I applied the solution to my dry hair (b/c I forgot the directions said towel dried hair) with my gloves and a brush.
3. I left the product in my hair for about 20 minutes. As it developed, my hair did turn a purple/pink color.
4. After waiting 20 minutes, I rinsed my hair until it ran clear through the water. Then, I washed it with shampoo and conditioned my hair.
