Wella Blondor Extra Cool Blonde: Direction of use:

MIXING RECOMMENDATION

• Mix with Welloxon Perfect 6%, 9%, 12% or Welloxon Perfect Pastel in a ratio of 1:1.5 up to 1:2 in a non-metallic bowl.
• If there is contact with the scalp (root application), use Welloxon Perfect 6% developer as a maximum.

APPLICATION & DEVELOPMENT TIME

• 1ST-TIME HIGHLIGHTS ON VIRGIN OR PRE-COLOURED HAIR:
  Apply evenly to unwashed hair. The development time depends on the condition of the hair and the desired blonde result.

HIGHLIGHTS ON ALREADY HIGHLIGHTED HAIR:

• Apply evenly to unwashed hair. The development time depends on the condition of the hair and the desired blonde hair colour result. As the toning is more diluted, you have more flexibility with regards to the development time than when using the pure product. Note: For time-consuming full-head foiling techniques we recommend working with a lower strength of Welloxon.

ROOT APPLICATION/FULL-HEAD APPLICATION:

• Apply evenly to unwashed hair. The development time depends on the condition of the hair and the desired blonde result. As the product is more diluted, you have more flexibility with regards to the development time than when using the pure product. Please apply the product first to the roots and only in the last 3–5 minutes to lengths and ends.
